Effet Terre is not liable for damage to crops or ecosystems, allergic reactions or poisoning, or financial or material losses.

Effet Terre may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report illegal activities.
Users must comply with agricultural and biosecurity laws, invasive species regulations, seed and plant distribution laws, and all applicable local regulations. You are responsible for verifying whether a plant can be exchanged in your region.
Effet Terre is not a party to any exchange. Transactions are not guaranteed, no refunds are provided, and no dispute resolution is offered. All interactions take place directly between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Effet Terre is not liable for direct or indirect damages, financial loss, crop failure, injury related to plant use, or disputes between users.
By posting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it, it is accurate, and it complies with laws. Effet Terre may modify or remove content, or suspend an account without notice.
Effet Terre promotes responsible practices but does not guarantee the environmental impact of exchanges or validate users' cultivation methods.

It is strictly forbidden to use the platform to offer, exchange, or promote illegal or controlled plants, banned or restricted invasive species, protected plants, or any plant whose distribution is regulated without authorization.
